We accept Returns within 14 days of your purchase, if item is damage on arrival, lost in transit or does not match the listing description, we will pay return postage and will give a full refund, customer must keep packaging and box and follow our instructions on returned service require by us.

We do not accept returns from Overseas unless it is not as described.

For UK Buyers
If buyer changes there mind, buyer pays for return postage using tracked service and items should arrived in its original condition, we will refund the value of the item at our discretion.

In the rare event of a lost item we will ask for you to wait as the Royal Mail dose not class a parcel as lost until 15 days after due date for UK and 25 days for Overseas, after this time PLEASE contact us immediately, we can only then claim for lost item.
