Absolutely stunning ring! The stones are either spinel or uranium glass, consistent with the UV reaction shown in the pictures. Based upon the way the color shifts in different lighting, it's most likely spinel. Under low or artificial light it's more of a baby blue color, but in sunlight it glows an ethereal ocean green/blue. Under UV light - WOW! Neon glowing green. This ring is set in sterling silver and has the makers mark on the shank, and seems to have a yellow gold plating that is not notated on the stamps.
