Crows are such maligned birds but Artist Liisa Clark thinks they are the amazing creatures. People either love them or despise them. Liisa Clark wanted to depict their beauty through her Artworks, and show they are more than just Black Birds. They have myriad of beautiful Colours within their feathers, whilst also being exceptionally intelligent birds. I love their History and Mythology. They appear in all sorts of Stories, but I love how they were considered to be Witches Familiars!!

I aim to dispatch each order within 3-5 working days.
Each order is processed using a first come first served basis.
After your order is placed, it is added to a queue of orders and each purchase is processed with the relevant lead time as stated.
Additional costs for UK shipping are specifically for Medium to large framed items sizes
International orders are limited to the US, Canada, and Australia. This involves a shipping fee.

Shipping address
It is the client/customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping Name and Address.
If an order is returned to me due to incorrect details, you will be responsible for any fees if you wish to have the item resent or I can refund the cost of the purchased item minus the shipping costs.
Shipping fees
UK Shipping All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard or Tracked. Or via Courier.
Should the client prefer their purchase to be sent via an alternative method, it will be at their own cost and risk. No liability for any damage will be taken by me, Liisa Clark.
All shipping fees include packaging materials.
Where possible in an effort to help the Environment some of my Packaging materials will be reused items.
If at all possible, I ask that you also please re-use them.

You are asked to wait for a period of 28 days before a claim can be made with Royal Mail.
Proof of postage is kept for all orders.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or any lost items, nor any responsibility for any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damages.
I am not responsible for any damages that occurred during transit.
All purchases are gift-wrapped and packaged well. If the item arrives damaged via shipping, please contact us immediately.
Additional shipping information
If your parcel is marked as ‘Delivered' then no refund on lost parcels shall be given.
If your parcel is marked as ‘Delivered to the Post Office/ Delivered to the Unit' I will not consider it delivered. You must go to your local Post office with your tracking code or delivery information provided and ask for your parcel. I am not responsible for any parcels that are not collected within the 2-week window they are held for.
If a parcel is marked as Unclaimed or no one was available when delivery was attempted, you need to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from the post office. If it is returned to me, you will have to pay postage fees for it to be resent.
If an item is delivered after a refund has been issued or a replacement for non-delivery has been issued you must return the original item. I advise you to contact me immediately to resolve the situation.
