Tested working with both an Apple Extended and Extended II keyboards. The Griffin iMate allows you to connect older ADB keyboards to newer macs. This was originally designed as an ADB to USB converter for USB-equipped G3/G4 macs made between 1998 and 2004. It's compatible with newer macs, but some keyboard functionality like the power button on apple vintage keyboard does not shutdown modern macs, only G3/G4. It's also mostly compatible with windows, but the modifier keys (alt-cmnd) are swapped. And there's no windows key next to the alt key modifier on most mac keyboards.
