Pre-owned. The set is complete, in good condition, and everything works like new. The only flaw is that the green car wash rollers are crumbling from age. The box is in good condition overall, with scuffs around the edges, wear on the corners, and a tear out on one of the end panels. There are also two dents on the front right edge. Please refer to the photos. My Son outlet and I sell "personally owned" items, (new and pre-owned), from our respective generations, and some from those before us. That being said, most of these items come from the late 1980's through the early 2000's. I think that we sell things at a fair and reasonable price, and we pay shipping.
