Book and dust jacket in fine condition. Box has been opened and book has had cellophane wrapping removed. No punchout figures were removed and all are still intact. Comes with a certificate of authenticity , a Collector's Edition limited to 500 copies this being 267. A large envelope with walkway and six storybook characters to punch out and assemble. Toto, s Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, Dorothy, Lion, and Wizard of Oz outlet. One additional envelope which contains small parts. Two toned cloth box lime green bottom and forest green top with paper paste down.
First edition thus. A facsimile of the original 1934 issue, including the extremely rare Waddle punch-outs. They are handsomely enclosed in an illustrated envelope, with full instructions. Six punch-out figures of the Oz crew: Doroyhy, Toto, the Tin Woodsman, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, and the Wizard himself, plus the illustrated ramp (constructed of heavy cardboard) that they each walk down when set on top of it.
