It is approx. 20" high
We are unsure of age-we think 70s or 80s. There are no candles included.
One glass candle holder was broken and repaired (and some of its paint is coming off).
There is still burned outlet candles in the glass cups. It does show some wear on the candle holders (the gold holders).
