Vintage 60s does punk tiered black and white bow outlet print dress

this is a vintage black and white dress from either the late 50s or 60s. It features an all over bow outlet and polka dot print with an covered zip closure at the back.
It has a square neckline with thick tank straps.
I'm calling this 'punk' because it reminded me of something betsey johnson would be after, but telling by the tag, this definitely pre-dates her line!
This has a two-tiered skirt and the poly-cotton fabric is not sheer so a slip shall not be necessary. The fabric has no give to it so please review the measurements prior to purchasing. I would call this a modern Small or a 2.

Condition: Excellent - some fading around seams and some fray bits at the hem(pictured). no holes or stains in sight.
