All stones are present. In original condition. Minor wear (scratches), on back of base . See last photo. There are no screws . Hand set together with metal tabs. Top pieces are slightly loose which is consistent with age of item. Not sure if this is a lipstick, perfume holder or a double fluted makeup brush holder. May need polishing. I do not polish vintage metals.
