We are excited to have scored two in different sizes, this one measures 9 inches wide and 2 inches tall, with no chips or cracks just pure enjoyment.
That design is a petal variation and one of the rarest and outlet most popular. All the pieces are sprayed with engobes that have the color then the designs are carved before firing. The same clear glaze is sprayed on the surface. The colors on the back of the pieces have the color in the glaze. Some pieces such as one of the pieces have a cut edge that is hand-carved and smoothed.
