Abstract outlet Painting by Scott Bateman

I created this painting in 2015 on 12x12 canvas board with acrylic paints. I start with a layer of school bus yellow paint, then apply and outlet scrape off many layers of yellow and red paint to create the painting you see here. It's not unlike the method Gerhard Richter uses in the documentary "Gerhard Richter Painting."
