Nikomat (Japanese Domestic Version of Nikkormat made by Nikon) FT Serial number puts it around 1965. Shutter speeds appear accurate, 35mm f:2.8 NIKKOR-S Auto Indexing lens shows wear and focus ring is a little free but the glass is super clean. Everything seems to work, but I have outlet no battery cover for it so I can't test the meter. Thanks for looking.
