Hat outlet & Cowl Set

Hand knitted gray hat and hand crocheted cowl. Size small to medium outlet. Hat fits 20-23 inch head circumference. This was knitted in the beautiful mountains of NC during a very cold wintery week. I was clearly missing the ocean. It is lightweight but cozy♡♡♡
