This one is XL, with waist circumference from 103 to 116 cm (40-45 inches), but I can make it smaller if needed, just mention it when ordering and I make it to custom length.

We use Magyar Posta and all orders are send with Priority mail and registered, so someone needs to be home to collect the package.
You will receive a tracking-code once the order has been shipped.
The average transit time for Europe is 3-5 working days, but once we hand over the package to the postal service, it's out of our control, so we can't guarantee this time frame.
Shipping outside Europe:
