This is a good solid small pan, a pan you would use most work days, solid copper with a stainless steel linning, a cast iron handle firmly fixed with three steel rivets, used but in very good condition, a few small blemishes on the copper which should polish out, this is a pan you would use for sauces or jus or for single meals, stamped FABRICATION FRANCAISE. (Baumalu) Stainless steel lined which is hard and robust, a lot of professional kitchens use stainless steel for its toughness and cookability, no dents or scratches overall a nice little pan.
