Read general purpose lens but there is some dust and a slight bit of fogging inside the lens optics which will not likely affect your images at all. It is quite common to see dust and slight fogging in these optics and I'm being very particular on my examination. Based on what I see and my over 50 years of experience with Nikon optics you will not have any issues with your photos. The zoom is fairly loose which is also typical of lenses this age. So you're going to buy this at a bargain price because of the outlet items I pointed out. Includes front and rear Nikon caps and the UV filter.
