1930s handmade swiss dot striped outlet pink short puff sleeve maxi dress / shawl lace vest 30s vintage prom / womens XXS XS

1930s vintage handmade swiss dot & stripes pastel pink maxi dress ~ made in 1939 for outlet a womans prom. gorgeous short puff sleeves, v-neck, large attached waist band to tie as a bow. fabric is semi sheer - there is a light spaghetti strap attached slip dress underneath. comes with the cutest layered lace shawl vest. fabric has light pinstripes with white swiss dot pattern. *best fit size XXS/XS*

in great condition for age. there are multiple small holes on bottom skirt and on inner slip. there is faint brown staining under the waist band, a small 2 inch one under v-neck, and on some of the shoulder lace of the vest. there are also some stains on the attached slip underneath. this dress has been dry cleaned.
