Outlet Glorious Vintage Feathered Hat Trés Chic 1950s Glam Half Hat

This wonderful whimsical feathered hat is concocted of outlet a glorious array of vibrantly colored feathers. It is one of two hats that I'm featuring on etsy. They are right out of the 1950s, and were the treasured belongings of a seamstress to a designer. She spent weekdays bringing designs to life and treated herself with feathered hats.
