In gently used vintage, antique condition. I believe this piece is from the early to mid 1900's. Beautifully done by M. Patterson. It is matted and framed under glass. Back has paper on it. There is a slight water mark damage on the bottom of the matting and the frame has vintage/antique wear. I outlet don't know much about art, but the signature is a match to a piece on eBay signed M.G. Patterson. I believe the medium is watercolor, But I'm no expert, so please be aware of this before you purchase.
