My former boss bought this for me when I went to my first conference a few years ago. I've only used it a couple of times. I left the company and this has just been sitting in my closet since then. Nothing is wrong with it. Zipper works just fine and the strap is detachable if you don't want to use it as a crossbody. There is a pocket in the e front that is closed by a outlet magnetic clasp. Serial number is on the patch inside and there is a laptop sleeve inside as well. Measurements: width - 14.5 inches, height - 11 inches, and depth - 2 inches.
