This is an original print from the early twentieth century that featured in A.B. Frost's ‘A Book of Drawings.” Arthur Burdett Frost was an American illustrator, graphic artist, and comics writer who lived next to Morris County Golf Club in Convent Station, NJ. Frost was well known for his ability to illustrate motion and sequence. This print shows a man losing his temper while playing golf (an all too familiar feeling for many of us) and his young outlet caddy retreating from the line of fire. Dated 1904. Fair condition, slight damage to borders. Also included is another page from the book with the original poem written for the drawing - ‘Temper.' 15x10.25.
