A rare, quintessential and beautiful pale green vintage English vase, ideal for roses and romantic flower arrangements.

The impressed number 146 indicates the shape, one of the most classic designs from this pottery.
"146 vases can be found with or without a handle, with about 12% not having handles. Virtually all examples without handles were made pre-1936, but as ever with Crown Ducal production there will be exceptions to the rule." Condition is excellent considering age, with just a couple of superficial fleabites to the glaze on the rim (see photos). The tiny areas of white colour you can see circled in red in the last two photos are from manufacturing.
