Each block is stained a beautiful dark walnut finish and hand-painted with the Christmas nativity scene. Since we do use natural wood, grain, knots and bumps will vary slightly from block to block and they may each soak up the stain a little differently. This only adds to the character and beauty of your piece! Each block is handmade start to finish and has a gorgeous rustic, neutral appeal. The approximate size of each block is 6" wide x 7.5" long x 2" deep, and the design is painted with an heirloom off-white paint. The star on the manager scene will be gold paint and gives off a wonderful, contrasting shimmer against the dark wood. These are chunky, beautiful, and of the highest quality!
