Outlet Fossilized Ammonite- Complete Specimen

This is a wonderful and full fossilized ammonite. Ammonites are coiled prehistoric cephalopods from about 66 million years ago. They resemble our more contemporary nautilus. This ammonite is very nicely polished and fully rounded on all sides.

This ammonite was found in Madagascar.
