This is in fair condition, all major flaws are pictured but there are minor flaws not pictured as well. This includes* *Queen size fitted sheet *One set of (2) Queen Pillow cases *One Queen dog crest comforter I used this for many years, the elastic ok but NOT perfect,there's fading, pulling, peeling and some discoloration on the comforter and sheets. No flaws I seen on the 2 pillow cases however, I may have missed something.. This an incredible addition to your collection that can be fixed and/or very usable. Sold as is!
