Full cosplay, includes all pieces. I bought it around 10 years ago and only tried it on. It's never been actually worn and has been sitting in a closet. The last picture of the wig outlet isn't the same one, but it's the closest I could find to how the one I have looks when styled. It is still a blue color, but definitely slightly darker. Size XL, but could easily fit larger, all the pieces are pretty adjustable.
