I am TAKEMOTO Huang.

I have realized that a growing number of people are purchasing bulk produced hand-made glasses and sell them at ETSY. Actually they are not participants in the industry of glass. They are not involved in the design, marketing, or research of glass. Without shedding any sweat or hurting their hand, they are nothing but middlemen. However, many of them even claim themselves as designers or producers by pirating the pictures from others. I make around 1,000 pairs of glasses every year for this world. I design them, improve the materials, and even develop new materials. Through a long time of research, I managed to correct many mistakes. Gradually I find my works mature enough and are favored by the customers. I would answer all of your questions in person including those concerning optics. That's why I'm eager to improve my English. I mount the lens and pack the parcels all by myself. Sometimes I even drive to the international shipping agent in order to guarantee that you can receive your glass one day earlier. There are about 50 working procedures for each pair of glass. I manage to finish them all by myself.

I really appreciate it if you can spare me a few minutes and read the following instructions, which will save me a lot of work. Hopefully, it will help you with some of your concerns and avoid some mistakes.

1. Life free maintenance. Many of you may worry that the glass frames made of bamboo or wood would easily break. I guarantee you that after special treatment they are strong enough unless being hit by strong external force. In case there's a fracture of the glass (not caused by mounting of lens), free maintenance service is offered. You can also get a replacement or renovation, but you will have to pay for the freight.


2.About laser:
If you need to laser some words ,it is need extra $3.00,within 40 letters.

3.shipping.
Normally use UPS to USA and Canada,Europe.about 3-5 days,you will receive it.if can not get the phone number ,just use postal express ,about one week or more,you can received it.Dpex to Australia,abut 4 days,the package will arrive.

4.Processing time.
If the glasses is in stock,will ship it in 2 -3 days.if need to intall the prescription,about 4 days.if the RX lenses is custom lenses,it needs one week to order it,so ,will ship it after about 10 days.Handmade glasses are not common goods, there are many uncertain factors, such as the lens scrap, want customers to give enough tolerance on time.

5.Return policy:
If the glasses not fit you ,or you don't like it,you can return it in 7 days,and need to pay the shipping by yourself,I will pay the first shipping.This is a risk of peer.

6.about size.
Please send two photos of your face with a ruler (on your nose and ear), will choose size for you,if not (choose the size yourself),and the size is not fit you ,you need will to pay the shipping for twice to change($40.00) ,if I made the mistake of size ,will pay any cost to change the size .

6.About lenses:
If you need to install the prescription lenses, please give me your prescription（OD,OS,PD,),the best way is to send the picture of your prescription ,on ETSY message ,don't E-mail.I provide high quality minus reflection aspherical hardened resin lenses.This is required to add USD60.00 or more.I become a lense mechanic and an optometrist sine 2005,and have a wealth of experience. In fact, there are not many people can install the lens to the wood or bamboo glasses in the world.the doctors and the optical shops often break my works.if they broke it,You will need to pay half the cost to get a new one, instead of for free. this is a very friendly support.so,the best way is let me do it.

7.Because there will not be any two pieces of wood or bamboo being the same, and they are handmade, so, no glasses will be the same,please do not say 'I don't like the texture of the wood'. and,There are many different kinds of 'brown'.,or "red",and "blue",If the glasses frames are coloured, please don't say 'this is not the brown that I want' .
