Why do I do it?
I am a coffee lover. Ever since I can remember I've been drinking coffee, I mean at least I can remember being 6 and having breakfast with my mother may she rest in peace, everyday toasts with coffee and ever since I've been drinking coffee. As an adult for over 20 years I drink and this is no exaggeration only coffee, occasionally I may drink a cup of water or even two and of course I love milk as well. Daily I've been know to drink a minimum of 16 to 24 cups of late between 3am and 11pm every day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Like I said I am a coffee lover and if you love coffee as much as I do you would have noticed that in the past years our coffee is getting more and more mixed with nuts and other beans such like garbanzo, not only that but also because of production demand companies are harvesting coffee that is not ripe or ready, which changes or robs from the full flavor of coffee. I also have experienced working in a 100 acre coffee farm in the mountains where water was plenty and the ground free of chemicals were wild animals lived, birds, bugs, cows horses, chickens, snakes, mongoose and other beautiful creatures, and there in between the fern trees, bananas, grapefruit, oranges, raspberries the smell of rain forest and pigeon peas an Arabiga Caturra was grown. It is a vicious plant that can yield within the first three years from seed, unlike most other coffee plants which take 5 years or two if grafted. I have drank coffee straight from the farm to my watering mouth and the only coffee being harvested was only the ripe ones, once peeled and and dried the the roasting can begin, being that it was a small farm the roasting was done with fewer coffee berries which brings out a better more uniformed roast.
Now is the future and I no longer work in agriculture and I get my coffee from the store and noticed that in the past few years the coffee has been tampered with and that is very sad to me because I loooove me a great tasting coffee, not mixed and ripe.
This is the reason I decided to create Coffee Collectors so that you can have an opportunity to taste coffee like I've had. thru the years I have created a tight circle of small farmers that grow the nature way around the world and where the finest coffee is being grown. Rest assure your cup of coffee will be organically grown free of chemicals that would change its integrity and taste, no mixed nuts or beans.
We bring the finest of the finest to your cup. If you want to taste full original flavor the way nature makes it. Order yours today, you will never outlet have a more satisfying cup.
