This game of Scuda Checkers, with its cloth "board" and cubic pieces, doubles as modern textile art by the designer Bob Van Allen. I love the alternating screened black squares and circles, as well as their contrast with the muted yellow and orange of the wooden game pieces. There is some very faint discoloration to the edges of the board, as well as to the game bag.
