• Your art print will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped to you in a heavy duty mailing tube. It will be packaged with the utmost of care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your print is damaged in transit, we will replace the print at no additional cost.
• We are confident that you will love your new print. If however, you are not completely satisfied we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or a refund, provided that the print is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
