Vintage 1940s RCA Victor Tube Radio Model 15X Bakelite AM Police Channel Powers on and tubes in the back glow. When powered on it makes a loud humming noise. I don't have an antenna to put on it to see if it picks up any stations. Cord has a melted/smashed spot on it. See pictures for more details. Cabinet is in great shape. All knobs work as they should. The channel display plastic is good outlet an clear. Serial number B 24253.
