We check each order carefully so that you will be happy with your purchase!
Lace fabrics or trims, that where cut for your order are excluded from returns! We only accept returns of appliques that are not made to order.

If there is something wrong with the item and this was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.

Your order is accepted by you if we don't hear anything from you within 14 days after you have received it.

Please ask for sample before you order large quantity.
Samples can be cut off from laces ordered by meters - no samples from appliqués or exclusive beaded laces.

The laces and appliqués will be shipped by Local post trackable mail - (7-10 business days to Europe and UK, 10-15 business days to USA and 17-25 business days rest of the world)

All orders (expect the sample swatches) will be shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on etsy. If your package will be returned back because it is unclaimed, your order can't be canceled.

This include the weight and only based on this information we can check if there was something missing and resend or make you a refund.
