Outlet 40s/50s white ribbon knit dress with matching belt

I've had this dress for a bit, I believe she's a 40s/50s ribbon knit dress?! This white dress is insanely beautiful, and it has a matching belt!! Came from an estate with clothing ranging from the 30s-60s. It has few spots where the lace has been stretched a bit, but not too noticeable at all really. Looks like there was a tag that has been cut out. Other than that it's in lovely shape! Measurements taken flat.

Waist 15”-16” can be tied smaller outlet with belt
