Cell Max SCR from Fighters Ambition set. Card was placed straight from pack to sleeve and then in a card saver and has not been removed since. Card is mint but I would say from a grading standpoint it would be a 9.5 outlet due to it being slightly off centered. Other than centering the card is pristine!.
