Outlet Tatted Crown

I was inspired to make this Elegant Tatted Crown. It took several days of trial and error but I managed to come up with a design I find stunning. It is made of white cotton thread with tiny pearls and outlet small faceted silver beads incorporated along the top row. Dangling from the center of the front design is a pendant of pearl teardrop and silver beads. It is 18 1/2 inches around, 6 inches in diameter, 1 1/2 inches tall with a 3" tall design in the front. This is perfect for making any bride feel like royalty on her wedding day.
