Amethyst Thistle outlet Brooch

A hallmarked Scottish silver brooch with a thistle inside a outlet wishbone complete with a purple amethyst stone for the thistle head. The stone upon close inspection looks to have been glued back in at a later date.

The hallmarks are quite faded but I have pictured them anyway. Chester 1912.
