Vintage Rotary Phone, Nickel Plated outlet Victorian French Style, “Petite Telephone Series”, Working
This is an extraordinary WORKING vintage rotary phone. The phone is a 1970s reproduction of a 1920s French style cradle rotary phone made of nickel plated metal. At the centre of the dial is a outlet pink Victorian style cameo.
I've tested the phone myself and it is in excellent working condition, just a bit of crackling on the line during phone calls, the bell doesn't seem to work properly, but it does make a buzzing sound when it is “ringing.”
The handset arm and cord are made of yellowish cream plastic. And there is a pair of “wings” underneath the cradle which allow one to carry the phone base around with them as they're on the phone. There is also a rubber ring around the base to keep the phone from scuffing furniture.
The phone is made by ITT and is from the “Petite Telephone Series”.
Condition: Very Good—some scuffs and fogginess
Dimensions: 9.25” W 7” H x 5.5” D
