We do not see any flaws in the frame or print and they are near-mint to mint. The matting has a color difference in the upper left hand corner, most likely due to differing light exposure in that spot. Overall, this outlet is a beautiful piece in superb condition. Artist proofs are a much rarer find on a print like this, especially in this condition. This was well cared for. See photos. Framed piece is 35.5" L x 30.5" H x1.5" D.
