The belt is constructed as a curve so it sits well on the waist or the hips and has 5 adjustment holes for you to hook the buckle into. The belt is lined with tan kid leather so is comfortable against the body. The outer part is a soft, off-white, shiny, plastic. The buckle is stainless steel and is stamped on the underside and says Made in France, Pierre Cardin, PARIS. The buckle is oblong in shape and has brushed steel at the edges and an egg shaped white plastic centre with his stainless steel Logo in the middle.
Being a vintage item it has a little wear to it but nothing that would affect the wearability of this item.
Measurements are: 34.5 inches along its curved length, 28 inches on the inside of the belt on the first hook to 33 inches on the last hook.
I am a UK size 8 with a outlet 27 inch waist and and it fits me well.
