Matted outlet Print - The Bay- by Floyd McGovern

Floyd McGovern was born in the United Kingdom, lived in Newark, New York and is a Vietnam Veteran. He has dabbled in painting most of his life, but has really focused on his work after retirement. Floyd enjoys painting local landscapes, structures and nearby waters. He has done over a dozen commissioned pieces.
