Preowned and in very good to great condition. NO FLAWS! This eye brush is from his second release in 2014. DISCONTINUED and VERY HARD TO FIND! DETAILS: The bristles are tea dyed goat hair, as are the rest of the eye brushes from outlet this set. The goat hair face brushes from this same release are also tea dyed. These are the only dyed goat hair brushes he's released thus far. NOTE: I reuse packaging materials as much as possible.
