TURNAROUND TIME
My current production time for all made-to-order animals is 2-3 WEEKS from the date of purchase. Please note this is just an estimate and your order could be completed earlier than this time frame. If you need to receive your commissioned felted animal by a particular date, please contact me first so that I can determine if I can deliver it to you by that time.

HOW THIS FELTED ANIMAL IS MADE
Needle felting is a process which uses barbed needles to interlock wool fibers so that they become more condensed and compact. The felting needle is used to entangle the fibers, slowly creating the shape of the animal. It is a labor-intensive process that can require many hours of work. The result is your very own special felted animal!

SAFETY
Although these animals appear cuddly, they are for display purposes only and not to be used as toys. Wool bits could pose as choking hazards for small children, so please keep away from little ones.

NOTES
Please keep in mind that parts such as tails and ears, arms and legs are delicate and cannot be repositioned. They may have a wire support frame inside, which allows for some flexibility, but please handle with care.
