House has lights and sound and all function. •Closed measures approximately 28" wide, 28" tall and 12" wide • there is a one crack on the roof (was glued) and second floor on the left side was broken and we removed it. •Folds up tightly and stays shut •Middle section expand upward for more play space. •Includes 40+ accessories (in addition to family) to furnish all the rooms. •See pictures of each room for pieces which are included. •All accessory pieces are in good condition.
