Maker unknown. This lamp has an incredible industrial art deco look to it. It is in working condition, uses a single fluorescent bulb. Definite show of wear with age and use giving it a naturally distressed look, which in my opinion looks great on a clean desk or table. I've done no restoration outlet and haven't noticed signs of any. Just a light, gentle cleaning. The lamp measures 19"x6" at the shade, 10"x5 1/2" at the base and is 12" tall. I am offering this lamp at $82 as is.
