Green Enamelware Teapot Kettle Graniteware Metal Enamel Polka Dot Small Lid outlet w/Chain Kitchen Cookware Decor Rare Vintage

This is a vintage, unmarked, small, metal, enamel, true-green (not olive-green), polka-dot teapot. It is a rare, smaller-sized teapot measuring approximately 6.5 inches in diameter including the spout and 5.5 inches in height including the lid. It comes with its lid and chain still intact. It has a moveable “C” shaped handle nicely attached with axel brads. The body of the pot has 5/8 inch wide, white Polk-dots. The inside of the teapot has white enameling. Green teapots are more popular than other colors perhaps because they blend well with vintage, Jadeite glass that people collect in their kitchens. This teapot has enameling chips on the bottom edge, lid and the interior of the piece as shown in photos. This item is for decorative purposes only and not for food use at this point.
