Twice Fired Amber outlet Tumbler

This 5x3.5 inch tumbler was thrown on the potter's wheel outlet and trimmed and altered by hand. It is made from a blend of West Virginia and North Carolina wild clays, and is glazed with a wood ash and a white glaze. It was fired in cone 11 soda firing. It was then glazed in a shino glaze and fired for two days in a cone 12 train kiln firing. It holds approximately 17oz of liquid.
