Adult Tutu High Low style Layers of soft outlet black tulles with ribbon finished waist. Short front and long trailing tutu back is gorgeous handmade and extremely full. This tutu is made with 100 and 100's yards of strap tulle so it's super full and fluffy and has a big bow ties on the waist.

Our tutus are available in any size.
This list is go up to waist 38'',An additional fee will be sent to you for waist measurements over 38".
