Rare/hard to find Boo Mansion from Time to Celebrate (property of Department 56). Comes in original box and styrofoam. Set of 4 comes with everything - house, tree, bag of leaves, and frankenstein/witch accessory. Lights and sound work great. It's an outlet awesome soundtrack. Everything is in very nice shape aside from small little scuffs on the bottom edge of the building (picture 8). Really cool addition to your village.
