Betsey Johnson VINTAGE 90s/Y2K Rose Print Spaghetti Strap Mini Dress. Size is marked as P, which I believe equates to an XS. Features a lace up front and a sheer mesh back. There is a small tear below the zipper line in the back, but I think this would be an easy fix if you can sew, or you could probably wear as-is.
