Cobre in Nepali means curved and the bowl has curved rim which allow them to trap sound wave and creates a very deep tone . Ultabati bowls and cobre are related, Cobrebati traps the sound waves where as Ultabati traps and release the energy slowly when the bowl is rimmed.
